it will be nice to get a respond from some one.....I would like to take vacations with my pet...I no longer care to fly Amtrak is the way to travel ..thank you..

my bank is a friendly pet..they even have her picture in the Bank..does some on here will reply and adress my question is why I cannot travel with my small pet...I think you will have many more commu…

it is sad that we cannot take our small pet on a trip, even thought I am willing to go first class and I have a very small dog..other countries let people take there pets on rail..

Amtrak was not desined for pets but for only humans. I guess health concerns are a big part of that. Service animals for the sight impaired with restrictions are the only exception.

I am a retiered senior, have a small poodle 2 years old 5lb7ounces..I am a world traveler, but now I dont like to fly enjoyed the rails I took years ago with my husband.. I had hoped that I can travel first class with my pet.

Hungary by the future Danube Express Luxury Train

I recently returned from Hungary where I was taking a familiarization trip on the future Danube Express. The Danube Express is a new luxury rail service that will serve central and eastern Europe, beginning in April 2008. The Danube Express invited sellers and promoters of rail travel and rail vacations to experience the service and see their classic rail cars, as well as the progress on their new deluxe sleeping cars.
